Isn't Twingo the illegitimate love-child of ex-60s supermodel 'Twiggy' and ex-Beatle Ringo Starr??? I think you are RIGHT, this DOES look like Sanrio's HelloKitty. Some of the vents resemble anime whiskers, too! Good call!
