This truck makes the list not because it's fugly, but because it's deadly. Basically a massaged 1991-1997 Isuzu Rodeo sold as new by the Chinese car company Jiang Ling as the Landwind.It recently made the news as the first Chinese car imported into Europe and the first car to score ZERO on European crash tests.
The link below contains some amazing videos. Notice how the airbag deploys as scheduled, slightly before decapitating you with the steering wheel and crushing your remains with the dashboard. Paul Tan's links didn't appear to be working when I visited his site. "Google-ing" for, then taking a "translated-page" link to ADAC's main site and navigating to the "LandWind" crash test section yielded videos that opened using RealPlayer.
You are right, those are horrendous! It almost looks like "Auto-Homicide". The Chinese people may need a Ralph Nader of their own if the vehicles they produce don't fare better than that!
